To investigate PCR amplification efficiency, linear regression analysis was performed using Ct values generated due to PCR amplification of 10-fold serially diluted solutions containing N1, N2 and RP positive controls having 10000, 1000, 100, 10 and 01 copies each. Finally, R2 values were obtained.
