Generalized Polarization was calculated based on the fluorescent intensities of Laurdan using the equation GP = (I435nm−I500nm) / (I435nm+ I500nm), where I = measured intensity. Decreasing GP values indicate increasing lipid phase disorder. Different detergents were used in the mixed lipid/detergent micelles; OG (orange), C12E8 (grey) and Tween20 (blue). Data is shown as the average of 3 biological replicates with error bars indicating the standard error.
