Inhibition of CAF-mediated upregulation of Snail in PGC cells by a TRKB inhibitor. PGC cells were co-cultured with CAFs (a) or CM from PGC/CAF co-cultures (b) for 4 days in the presence or absence of a TRKB inhibitor, ANA-12 (10 μM).
