This was calculated by multiplying the CpG loadings for each PC by the PC weight in the clock, summing these products for each CpG, and multiplying by CpG standard deviation from the GSE55763. Effects are shown on a log base 10 scale. Note that results were similar using standard deviations from the PC clock training data.
