Figure 2.

Figure 2 shows relative frequencies of functional goals (stacked in bars) of between women and men across four difficulty levels. In men, increasing joint mobility and muscle endurance was 100% very difficult, while reducing levels of pain was very difficult in 83% and moderately difficult in 17%. In women, the top three functional goals were reduction of pain levels, increasing mobility of joints and increasing muscle power functions which were all very difficult in 60%, 61% and 62%, respectively.
