Briefly, DVP, DSS as internal standard, t-Am-2 and NH2-4 were dissolved in 0.1 mL D2O/0.9 mL phosphate buffer 1:9 (0.5 M, pH = 7.4) and immediately followed by 1H NMR. Upon observed reaction equilibrium, additional NH2-4 (2.0 eq., 4.0 eq. and 8.0 eq.) was added to the corresponding reaction mixture to drive the reaction to completion.
