(b) Tie2 agonists drove relocalization to cell–cell contacts. HUVEC cells treated as above or with 10 µg/mL of Tie.1.38 Fab-IgG were stained with DAPI (blue), anti-VE-cadherin (red), or phalloidin (green) and analyzed by fluorescent microscopy.
