Summary of the results obtained for H. boliviensis fed-batch cultivations in a bioreactor using P-lim and N-lim strategies toward P3HB production. Maximum P3HB titers attained, corresponding residual biomass (Xr), maximum overall volumetric P3HB productivity (Prod _vol,max (g/(L.h)), maximum specific P3HB productivity (Prod _sp (g_P3HB/g_cell h)), yield of P3HB on glucose (Y _P/S (g_P3HB./g_glucose)) and yield of gluconic acid on glucose (Y _{gluc acid/S} (g_{gluc acid}/g_glucose)). Both yields were calculated for the same time period.
