Recognition of IBDV VPX, VP2, and VP3 by rabbit anti-recombinant VPX and VP3 sera. BGM70 cell extracts infected with the SAL strain of IBDV were resolved by SDS–11% PAGE and electroblotted onto a nitrocellulose sheet. The nitrocellulose was cut into strips and incubated with rabbit anti-VPX serum (A), rabbit anti-VP3 serum (B), and a mixture of rabbit monospecific sera against VPX/VP2 and VP3 (C) as a positive control.
