In vitro transient transfection of U937, Raji and Jurkat T cells with CIITA pIII luciferase reporting plasmid
Transfected cells were stimulated during 6h with IFN-γ. CIITA promoter III activity is represented by Firefly to Renilla luciferase activity over empty vector.
