Immunoblots to determine reactivities of IgG antibodies to recombinant antigens and control proteins. Nonrecombinant control proteins MBP (lanes 1) and GST (lanes 2) and recombinant antigens rP22 (lanes 3), rP25 (lanes 4), rP29 (lanes 5), and rP35 (lanes 6) were electrophoresed in a sodium dodecyl sulfate–10% polyacrylamide gel and transferred to nitrocellulose paper.
