Childhood leukemia cases included acute lymphoid leukemias, acute myeloid leukemias, chronic myeloproliferative disorders and leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome and other myeloproliferative disorders, and unspecified and other specified leukemias (Supplemental Table 2).
