Categorical data was analyzed using Fisher-Freeman-Halton exact test (*) and the rest was analyzed using either one-way ANOVA or Kruskal Wallis test (**) depending on whether parametric assumptions were met. FMI data was analyzed using an unpaired t-test (***).
