Mean values within a column with the same letter are not significantly different at p 0.05 using Duncan’s test. The first letter of the alphabet for the highest values, the next for statistically significant decreasing values. IC₅₀ ± SEM was calculated from the results obtained in three independent experiments with four measurements per assay, for each included in the dose-response curves assessed by the MTT assay or taken from the literature (*—[15]).
