Effect of the HDD implantation on ABR thresholds. (A) Mean click and frequency-specific hearing thresholds of the left (implanted) ears before noise trauma compared to naïve condition. The implantation increased the threshold significantly in frequencies above 8 kHz (green circle) and also in the click condition.
