IL‐38 plasma concentration in COVID‐19 cohorts compared to sex‐ and age‐matched healthy control subjects. Circulating IL‐38 plasma concentrations of COVID‐19 patients were compared to healthy controls by Mann–Whitney U‐test after exclusion of individuals with IL‐38 concentrations below the detection limit.
