The small letters represent significant differences among treatments at one storage time (rows); a post-hoc Duncan test was used for means comparison (p-values 1). The capitals letters represent significant differences among means for individual treatment from 0–42 d of storage (columns); a post-hoc Duncan test (p-values 2), linear (p-values 3), and quadratic (p-values 4) polynomial contrasts were applied for comparisons. Significance was set at p < 0.05 for all tests.
