Autoradiograms of 20% denaturing PAGE, showing the cleavage kinetics of 5′-[32P]-labelled RNA 4 in duplexes containing ASO 2 or B-ASO-2 (2a1, 2b1, 2c1), (panel a) after treatment with RNase H (1 µL of 0.3 U/µL stock solution) at 0, 5, 15, 30, 60, and 90 min. Densitometric analyses of the kinetics of intact 5′-[32P]-RNA 4 substrate were performed using three independent PAGE analysis experiments (panel b).
