Correlation between the number of MLVA loci difference and the difference in cgMLST alleles. The correlation between distance in MLVA loci and cgMLST alleles was calculated using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient (ρ). In the left panel, two isolates with over 2,800 allelic distance to the other isolates were excluded to improve the plot’s readability. In the right panel, these isolates were included.
