Overall Hemostatic Potential (OHP) assay. OCP is the area under the curve (AUC) of the OD curve obtained by the addition of thrombin (0.006 IU/mL) with CaCl2. OHP is the AUC of the curve by adding thrombin (0.006 IU/mL), CaCl2 and tPA. The OFP% is the difference between the AUCs OCP and OHP. Abbreviations: OCP overall coagulation potential; OHP overall haemostatic potential; OFP% overall fibrinolytic potential.
