^aCodon usage bias was adjusted to fit the highest expression profile of the target host. A CAI (Codon Adaptation Index) of 0.8 - 1.0 is regarded as good for high expression.

^bRepeated area in the original sequences were removed to avoid stem-loop structures in mRNA and facilitate the synthesis process.
