This scoring framework is adapted from Amul and Pang [8] which is a modified version of the European Tobacco Control Scale and the Southeast Asia Tobacco Control Alliance Framework Convention Tobacco Control Scorecard and included indicators from the World Health Organization Report on the Global Tobacco Epidemic, the World Health Organization Global Health Observatory [8].
