Figure 4. — LCN2 is required for NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages. After being transfected with scrambled or LCN2 siRNA, LPS-stimulated cells were isolated for western blotting. The protein levels of NLRP3, ASC and cleaved Caspase 1 were detected as indicators of the status of inflammasome activation. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
