Synonymic groupings of search words associated with ‘minimal important difference’ are divided by which element of the phrase they are interchangeable with. From top to bottom, the words are associated with ‘minimal’, ‘important’ and ‘difference’. In addition, ‘(word)’ indicates that singular words from the same category should be added. For example, ‘clinically’ would become ‘clinically important’ and ‘clinically significant’. Words associated with ‘multiattribute utility instrument’ are divided into (top) instrument names (generic and specific) and (bottom) outcome measures associated with multiattribute utility instruments.
