SDS-PAGE of outer membranes from B. cepacia genomovar III strain C5424 (lanes 1 and 2) and B. vietnamiensis strain FC441 (lanes 3 and 4). Outer membranes were solubilized at 37°C and electrophoresed under nonreducing conditions.
