Results are derived from 4 standard deviation from mean quality-controlled data. Table is ordered based on metabolite feature subclasses. Statistical significance was calculated using Generalized estimation equations (~Time × Group + age). Significance threshold was set to FDR < 0.05, and all significant metabolite features from Time × Group analysis are depicted in Table 1. Analysis was adjusted with age as a covariate. Overall results are depicted in Supplementary Table S2.
