Time- and concentration-dependent Effect of PPT on MCF-7 spheroid growth. MCF-7 spheroids were treated after 2 days of spheroid development. Two-way ANOVA calculation results suggest that PPT treatments are significantly different from the control (p numbers between 0.05 and 0.0001) between concentrations 0.05 to 5.0 μM. PPT = 20 μM is significantly different from the control (p < 0.0001).
