Knock-down of RIP3 with siRNA protected against IBC-induced necroptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells. (A) The cells were transfected with RIP3 siRNA, and whole cell lysates were subjected to Western blotting analysis. (B) After transfection with RIP3 siRNA, the cells were treated with IBC (40 µM) for 24 h, without or with pre-treatment with Nec-1.
