OCI-AML-22 cells were expanded in culture for 4 months before CD34+CD38− cells were isolated and injected into NSG-SGM3 mice at the indicated cell doses. The number of injected mice (tested) and engrafted (response) as well as lower, estimated and upper LSC frequencies are indicated 12 weeks after injection.
