S1PR1 regulates T-cell differentiation and migration. Lethally irradiated BALB/c mice underwent BMT with 5 × 106 TCD-BMCs alone (Ly5.1+) or plus 0.5 × 106 β-actin-luciferase transgenic total T cells isolated from WT or S1PR1flox/floxCD4-Cre mice (Ly5.2+).
