Figure 5. — Follicle survival in AMH-overexpressing (Thy1.2-AMH^Tg/0) mice was not rescued by FSH treatment. Primary (A) and secondary (B) follicle survival rates in Thy1.2-AMH^Tg/0 mice treated with either FSH and cetrorelix (n = 10) or saline injection (n = 6). Follicle counts for primordial (C), primary (D) and secondary (E) follicles in the saline- and FSH-injected groups were conducted on one ovary from each mouse. Comparisons between the saline and FSH groups were compared with Student’s t-test. No significant differences were detected. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. Data from untreated Amh^+/+ mice are shown for comparison but were not included in the statistical analysis. AMH, anti-Müllerian hormone.
