Thermal stability and expression yield of selected IgGs. Melting temperature (Tm) was determined using a fluorescence-based protein thermal shift assay (GloMeltTM, Biotium). Yield was determined by measuring optical density at 280nm and deriving antibody quantity using the calculated extinction coefficient.
