AD = Alzheimer disease; CN = cognitively normal. Analysis corrected for age, sex, education, APoE  ε4 status and total intracranial volume. Bootstrap results are based on 5000 bootstrap samples. Multiple comparisons across three regions of interest (i.e. subfields) were adjusted by FDR using Benjamini-Hochberg criterion (α = 0.05).
