(i) “Huaxi hole 2” is a manmade 0.5 cm incision located 2-3 cm inner to the posterior axillary line at a distance of 15–20 cm from the top of the axilla in the posterior and (ii) “Huaxi hole 2′” is determined by the required volume of LD muscle. Fan chart with around 15 cm radius with the axillary incision as the center represents the excision range from the axillary incision and the fan chart with around 15 cm radius with the “Huaxi hole 2” as the center represents the excision range from the “Huaxi hole 2.”
