Effects on inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) pathway after 48 h nerve growth factor (NGF) treatments. CHME-5 were treated with TII for 48 h. One-way ANOVA analysis followed by Bonferroni’s post-test was carried out. (A) F(4, 25) = 101.2; P < 0.0001. (B) F(4, 25) = 141.2; P < 0.0001. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. The experiment was repeated four times with similar results.
