Effect of rhCD82 on the viability of ARPE-19 cells. The cells were pretreated with various concentrations (0, 100, 200, 400, 600, and 800 ng/ml) of rhCD82 for 1 h before being incubated for 24 h in the presence or absence of 10 ng/ml transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1.
