Autologous or allogeneic cells can provide the AC for lymphocyte proliferation to CCW/M. Responding T cells were expanded by stimulating them with CCW/M for 10 days. The CD14 and CD19 cells were depleted to enrich the T-cell population prior to restimulation with CCW/M and autologous (Auto) or allogeneic (Allo) AC for 4 or 5 days, respectively.
