The number of hBMSCs was 0 (red column), 2 × 105 (blue column), 3 × 105 (cyan column), 4 × 105 (pink column), and 6 × 105 (brown column), and the corresponding proportions of hBMSCs to HUVECs were 0:1 (0%), 1:2 (33%), 1:1 (50%), 2:1 (66%) and 1:0 (100%). The HUXMA contents were 0%, 33%, 50%, 66% and 100%, and the proportions of conventional ECM to HUXMA were 0:1, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1 and 1:0.
