Capsaicin response latency in control neurons (1st bar, N=16), was significantly increased in the presence of 2-LG (2nd bar, N=6). The 2-LG mediated increase in capsaicin response latency was unaffected by the CB₁ receptor antagonist (3rd bar, N=6), and the CB₂ receptor antagonist (4th bar, N=6). ***P<0.001 compared with control.
