Clonal neoantigens correlates with immune responses. (A) Predicted neoantigens of identified somatic mutations in this study (See Methods). (C) For all analyzed GGOs, the clonal and subclonal neoantigen burden are suggested, as well as LOH events of HLA alleles and corresponding pathologic responses.
