The standardized PRS distribution was evaluated in a logistic regression model adjusted for age and sex as well as the 10 principal components that informed the five super populations. The Area under the curve (AUC) and 95% confidence interval (CI), odds ratio (OR) per one standard deviation (SD) and the total variation explained (pseudo R2) are shown.
