In the Original Investigation titled “Effect of High- vs Low-Dose Tranexamic Acid Infusion on Need for Red Blood Cell Transfusion and Adverse Events in Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery: The OPTIMAL Randomized Clinical Trial,” published in the July 26, 2022, issue of JAMA,1 a name was misspelled in the Additional Contributions. “Chuntao Yu” should have been “Cuntao Yu.” This article was corrected online.
