The response to each item of the System Usability Scoring is converted to a scale from strongly negative to strongly positive. Across the ten items, the responses from more than 70% of the participants are positive (positive and strongly positive), indicating the well-perceived usability of AICaries app. For example, 70% of the participants like to use the app frequently and feel confident using the app; less than 10% of the participants feel they need technical support in order to use the app.
