Patients 14 and 16 received amlodipine during the first treatment cycle because of a rise in SBP > 170 mmHg, which could be discontinued during DSR. Patients 1, 4, 11 and 15 received amlodipine or doxazosin during the first treatment cycle and continued during second treatment cycle.
