GRK2/3 knockdown attenuates PD 102807–mediated inhibition of TGF-β–induced α-SMA expression. Following (A) GRK2/3 siRNA transfection, ASM cells were stimulated with TGF-β (1 ng/ml) for 3 days in the presence or absence of PD 102807 (10 μM), and α-SMA expression was determined by immunoblotting.
