Figure 4. Effects of C. albicans β-GPs on CEACAM1 protein expression in RT7 cells.

Cells were incubated with C. albicans β-glucan-containing particles (CA β-GPs) (200 μg/mL) for 24 hours. Cell extracts were subjected to SDS-PAGE and western blotting with antibodies against CEACAM1 and GAPDH. The experiments were performed at least three times, with representative results shown.
