TGF-β1 levels in cell culture supernatants. The differences in the TGF-β1 levels in fibroblasts, cultured with serum from healthy controls, serum from SSC patients, FBS alone and human TGFβ1 (10 ng/mL) + FBS, are demonstrated. Kruskal-Wallis with Dunn-Bonferroni post hoc test was used to compare the means of multiple samples. All of the experiments were repeated in duplicate for each sample.
