TAB-182 and β-catenin levels were markedly reduced when compared to the control group, as observed from bar graphs (C,D). Images were acquired using a confocal microscope at 63× and 2× magnification. Statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-hoc analysis, where * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001 represents control vs. 1,2,4-triazolo-linked bis-indolyl conjugates (15o and 15r) in the treatment groups.
