Protective effect of single extract with tomato or lemon and their mixture on cell viability. PC12 cells were pre-treated with tomato, lemon, or mixture extract at 0.05% and 0.1% concentrations for 24 hours, and were exposed to 100 μmol/L H₂O₂ for 30 min. Cell viability was measured using WST-1 assay.
