Tumor volume (mean value, mm3) evolution with time: Balb/c mice inoculated with CT26 cells treated by weekly intraperitoneal injection with vehicle (8 mice), oxaliplatin (8 mice, 10 mg/kg/week), OxPt-2-Mn1C1A (9 mice, 10 mg/kg/week), and Mn1C1A + oxaliplatin (9 mice, 10 mg/kg/week). Tumor growth was exponential with the vehicle. OxPt-2-Mn1C1A treatment had higher antitumoral activity than the vehicle but lower antitumoral activity than oxaliplatin alone. The Mn1C1A associated with oxaliplatin had the same antitumoral activity as oxaliplatin alone.
